Description

FRAMING DIMENSIONS:
30mm aluminium slim head and wall abutment wih 24mm floor channel. Applied 30mm horizontal and vertical mullions create banded asthetic.

GLAZED PANEL & ACOUSTIC PERFORMANCE:
10mm Toughened glass – Rw 34dB.
12mm Toughened glass – Rw 36dB.
12.8mm Acoustic laminated glass – Rw 40dB.

DEFLECTION:
Aluminium 2 part head assembly provides +/- 25mm for both the single glazed screen and the integrated plasterboard partition walls.

GLASS JUNCTIONS:
Straight, 90 degree, variable and 3 way dry joint glass to glass junctions with optional silicon glass to glass joints and 3 way posts that accept plasterboard partition room dividing walls.

COLOUR FINISH:
Polyester powder coated stock colours silver (RAL 9006) and white (RAL 9010). All other BS4800 and RAL colours available to order. Specialist finishes available on request.

MANIFESTATION:
To meet the requirements of Part M of the Building Regulations (minimum 50mm dots @ 100mm centres) or to clients specification using digital printed logos / graphics on film, screen printed or acid etched glass.

DOOR LEAF & DOOR FRAMES:
Expansive range of glass doors available, from frameless to Contempo acoustic single glazed and double glazed doors.

IRONMONGERY:
Range of offset top and bottom hinges, top and bottom pivots complete with floor spring (BTS75) complemented with stainless steel or polished lever sets, pull handles and patch locks.
