New Systems Incoming….
2 new systems incoming…..
It was great to spend last week at the Building Test Centre in East Leake testing two very unique single glazed systems, we were over the moon that both systems achieved 40dB Rw with just 1 x layer 12.8mm acoustic laminate glass. Our tests were carried out to rigorous industry standards using 3 panels of glass including all perimeter tracks, glazing gaskets and of course our patented 2-part glass to glass dry joint. These results correlate perfectly with previous Fusion tests using 12.8mm glass and re-confirm the superior abilities of our acoustic seals within the industry.
The two systems tested are like nothing else seen before within our marketplace, watch this space for more details.

FUSION PARTITIONS’ DESIGN INNOVATION = CO2 REDUCTION
Fusion Partitions’ unique laboratory tested 40dB using only a 12.8mm acoustic laminated glass means far fewer deliveries. To provide an example, with an average size panel of 1m x 2.5m we can deliver the following number of panels per 1 tonne capacity stillage, with a maximum 6 stillages per vehicle.
12.8mm = 12 panels per stillage = 72 panels per delivery (180m2)
The alternatives in the market are:
14.8mm = 11 panels per stillage = 66 panels per delivery (165m2)
16.8mm = 10 panels per stillage = 60 panels per delivery (150m2)
A clearly visible and measurable impact that becomes substantial when run out across total projects annually.

This outstanding project, designed, specified and installed by GTA Interior for Campari Group’s Northern, Central and Eastern Euorpean’s headquarters in London incorporated Fusion Partitions’ Frequency Double glazing (50dBRw) with Contempo Single glazed doors (40dBRw) and Contempo Glide Single glazed doors (42dBRw).
